Having years of experience in the field of design, the practice undertakes the preparation of architectural drawings for interior and exterior spaces, residential renovations, business and commercial space planning, along with drawings for the preservation of buildings of historical value.
The company specializes in Architectural design, Structural and topographic survey design, Electro-mechanical design, Utilization of funds and Utilization of European programs. It carries out all necessary steps towards Building Regularization and obtaining an Energy Performance Certificate needed for any realty transfer, as well as a Residential Lease Agreement. In addition, we carry out interior renovations, building insulations, landscape design, building energy upgrades, as well as obtaining a Personal Building Code and the establishment of horizontal and vertical ownership.

With over 10 years of experience in the field of architectural design and construction in Athens and London and as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects he has gained knowledge on the work program of RIBA. Through the years of his work and studies, he has developed skills and gained experience on deep technological understanding of building structures, thorough analysis of local environments and ability to strengthen the ethos of his team members and fellow architects.
